Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 ears of corn, husked and cleaned
  • Oil spray (olive oil or avocado oil)
  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 1.5 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 3/4 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp brown sugar
  • 3/4 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust for heat preference)
  • 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper

Instructions

  1. Husk and clean each ear of corn thoroughly, cutting them into bite-sized pieces (about 3–4 pieces per ear).
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F. Place the corn pieces in a single layer in the basket and lightly spray with oil.
  3. Cook for about 5 minutes, then flip the corn and spritz the underside with oil. Cook for another 5 minutes until golden brown.
  4. While cooking, melt butter in a large bowl and whisk in Cajun seasoning until smooth.
  5. Transfer hot corn into the bowl with Cajun butter and toss well to coat.
  6. Serve warm, ideally with ranch dressing or your favorite dip.
