  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  2. Add flour, pumpkin pie spice, salt, and baking soda; mix until a sticky dough forms. Fold in chocolate chips.
  3. Cover and chill the dough in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
  4. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Scoop tablespoons of dough onto the sheet, allowing space between each cookie. Flatten slightly.
  6. Bake for 12-14 minutes until edges are golden but centers remain soft. Let cool on tray before transferring to a wire rack.
