  • 2 large Chicken breasts (Boneless skinless, cut into 1-inch cubes)
  • 1 lb Twisted pasta (fusilli)
  • 3 tbsp Unsalted butter (Divided)
  • 45 cloves Garlic (Minced)
  • 1½ cups Heavy cream
  • ½ cup Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese (Freshly grated)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning (Divided)
  • ¼ tsp Red pepper flakes (Optional)
  • Salt and pepper (To taste)
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley (Chopped for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve half a cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Add the chicken cubes, season with salt and pepper, and sauté for 5–7 minutes until golden brown.
  3. In the same skillet, melt another tablespoon of butter, add garlic, and sauté for about 30 seconds. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth while stirring continuously.
  4. Gradually stir in Parmesan cheese on low heat until melted. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste.
  5. Add the drained pasta to the skillet along with reserved pasta water if needed. Toss gently to coat every piece.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
