- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped) for garnish
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, melted butter, honey, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika until smooth.
- Place salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet and brush with half of the glaze mixture.
- Bake for about 8 minutes. Remove and brush on the remaining glaze.
- Return to the oven for another 8-10 minutes until the salmon flakes easily and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
- Let rest for 2 minutes before garnishing with parsley and serving.
