  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Pita bread
  • Fresh vegetables (like cucumbers and tomatoes)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine spices: cumin, paprika, turmeric, salt, black pepper, cayenne, coriander, and cinnamon.
  2. Add olive oil, yogurt, minced garlic, and lemon juice to the spices; mix until well combined.
