  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

  1. Rinse shrimp under cold water, pat dry, and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Prep vegetables: wash asparagus, slice bell pepper, and rinse snap peas. Mince garlic and ginger.
  3. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, cornstarch, and water until well combined.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat; add vegetable oil to coat the pan.
