  • 4 to 5 ounces salted caramel sauce
  • 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (melted for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, melt the butter and let it cool slightly before whisking in the egg, brown sugar, and vanilla.
  3. Mix in the flour and salt until just combined.
  4. Pour into a pie dish and bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are firm.
  5. Sprinkle chocolate chips over warm crust, then layer with shredded coconut.
  6. Drizzle sweetened condensed milk and caramel sauce evenly on top.
  7. Return to oven and bake for an additional 25 minutes until bubbling.
