  • 3 tablespoons butter (divided)
  • 6 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 medium onion (diced)
  • 1 can (15-ounce) tomato sauce
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • ½ teaspoon curry powder

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix chicken with salt, garlic powder, sweet paprika, curry powder, and Greek yogurt. Let it sit while preparing other ingredients.
  2. Heat oil and half the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook until translucent; then add minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add marinated chicken to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides (about 5–7 minutes).
  4. Stir in tomato sauce, sugar, salt, black pepper, heavy cream, cayenne pepper (if using), garam masala, and curry powder. Simmer for 10–15 minutes.
