  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

  • ½ cup + 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour (for topping)
  • ¾ cup packed light brown sugar
  • ½ cup salted butter (room temperature)
  • 1¾ cup old-fashioned oats

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and butter a 9×9 baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches, granulated sugar, flour, cornstarch, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and salt. Pour into the prepared pan.
  3. In the same bowl, mix brown sugar, remaining flour, butter, and remaining cinnamon until well combined. Stir in oats until evenly mixed.
