  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning, divided
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 small yellow onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (for sautéing)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat)
  • Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
  • Sliced green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente; reserve some pasta water before draining.
  2. Season shrimp and chicken with half the Cajun seasoning. Sear chicken in olive oil until golden brown; remove from skillet.
