  • 3 cups cake flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • ½ cup concentrated orange juice, thawed
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon orange extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and prepare three 8-inch cake pans with grease and flour.

  3. In another bowl, mix milk, vegetable oil, concentrated orange juice, orange extract, and optional zest.
  4. In a mixer bowl, beat softened butter and cream cheese until smooth.
