Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. In another bowl, beat softened butter, vegetable oil, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
  4. Mix in egg, orange zest, orange juice, vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture; stir until just combined.
  6. Fold in white chocolate chips gently.
  7. Drop rounded dough balls onto the prepared baking sheet with two inches apart spacing.
  8. Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are golden; cool on the baking sheet for five minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
