  • 1 ½ cups granulated sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • For Cinnamon Swirl: ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • For Dusting: Powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your bundt pan.
  2. Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, beat softened butter and granulated sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla.
  4. Stir in sour cream until smooth. Gradually combine wet and dry mixtures without overmixing.
  5. Mix brown sugar with ground cinnamon for the swirl.
  6. Pour half the batter into the bundt pan, sprinkle half the swirl mixture on top, then add remaining batter followed by the rest of the swirl mixture.
  7. Bake for about 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack and dust with powdered sugar.
