Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 4 medium/large potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Paprika
  • 1 TBSP Aus Ju Gravy Mix
  • Half a packet of Ranch seasoning
  • 2 TBSP butter
  • Pepperonchinis or banana peppers
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel (optional) the potatoes, then cut them into cubes. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Air fry the seasoned potatoes at 400°F for about 20 minutes, shaking occasionally.
  3. While they cook, cube the chicken breasts and season with olive oil, Aus Ju Gravy Mix, and Ranch seasoning.
  4. In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter and sauté the chicken until golden and cooked through.
  5. Combine crispy potatoes with cooked chicken in the skillet.
  6. Top with mozzarella cheese and pepperonchinis; broil until cheese melts.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
