Ingredients
Scale
1 pound lean ground beef
1 pound shredded brussels sprouts
2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon avocado oil
Juice of 1/2 lime
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions
1 teaspoon sriracha (optional)

Instructions
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, crumbling it as it cooks. Add garlic powder, green onions, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and sriracha (if using) to enhance the flavor.
Remove the cooked beef from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add avocado oil and sauté the shredded brussels sprouts until tender yet crisp, seasoning with salt and pepper.
Return the ground beef to the skillet along with sweet chili sauce and lime juice. Stir until well combined.
Serve immediately over rice or your preferred grain.
