  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (for the creamy sauce)
  • ¼ cup heavy cream (for the creamy sauce)
  • 1 green onion, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 teaspoon chili oil (optional, for extra heat)

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken with chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper for 15 minutes.
  2. Sear marinated chicken in vegetable oil over medium-high heat until cooked through.
  3. Prepare the creamy garlic sauce by sautéing minced garlic in butter, then adding heavy cream and simmering until thickened.
  4. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  5. For the broth, heat sesame oil, sauté garlic, then add chicken broth and soy sauce. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
