  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 package Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a large baking dish.
  2. Melt the butter and spread it evenly in the prepared dish. Layer the shredded chicken over the butter.
  3. Spread the frozen mixed vegetables on top of the chicken, then sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together milk and Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix; pour it over the layered ingredients without stirring.
  5. In the same bowl, mix cream of chicken soup with chicken broth until smooth; pour over the casserole without stirring.
  6. Bake uncovered for 55-65 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let it rest for about 10 minutes before serving.
