  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 1/2 cups icing sugar
  • 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
