Ingredients

  • 1½ tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1½ tablespoons lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic, grated
  • ½ teaspoon fine salt

  • lbs cucumbers, sliced
  • ½ red onion, finely sliced
  • ¼ cup fresh dill, chopped

Instructions
