  • 12 Hawaiian sweet dinner rolls
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 ounces thinly sliced deli chicken
  • 21/2 cups cooked pulled beef
  • 12 slices Swiss cheese
  • 30 dill pickle chips (drained)
  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter (divided)
  • 11/2 teaspoons dried minced garlic
  • 11/2 teaspoons dried minced onion
  • 11/2 teaspoons poppy seeds
  • 3/4 teaspoon flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally and place the bottom half in a greased baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and three tablespoons of melted butter. Spread half on the bottom half of the rolls.
  4. Layer half the Swiss cheese over the sauce, followed by the chicken, pulled beef, pickles, and remaining cheese.
  5. In another bowl, combine melted butter with minced garlic, minced onion, poppy seeds, and flaky sea salt; brush this mixture over the top of the sliders.
  6. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 20 minutes; uncover and bake an additional 5–10 minutes until golden brown.
