  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, mozzarella, cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. Lay out tortillas and evenly distribute the creamy chicken mixture in the center of each one.
  3. Top with fresh spinach leaves and diced tomatoes.
  4. Roll each tortilla tightly from the bottom up, tucking in the sides as you go to secure the filling.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook wraps seam-side down for about 3–4 minutes until golden brown; flip and cook another 3–4 minutes on the other side.
  6. Let cool slightly before slicing in half and serving.
