- 4 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 1 ½ cups imitation crab (chopped)
- 3–4 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 3–4 tablespoons garlic chili oil
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black sesame seeds (optional)
- ½ teaspoon soy sauce
- ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ teaspoon sesame oil
- ¼ teaspoon white granulated sugar
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- Green onions (for garnish)
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice wonton wrappers diagonally and arrange on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and optional sesame seeds.
- Bake for about 7 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, heavy cream, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and garlic powder until smooth.
- Fold in chopped imitation crab until well combined.
- Spread the creamy mixture over the baked wontons. Drizzle with sweet chili sauce and garlic chili oil.
- Return to the oven for an additional 3-5 minutes until heated through. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
