  • 4 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 1 ½ cups imitation crab (chopped)
  • 34 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 34 tablespoons garlic chili oil
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black sesame seeds (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon sesame oil
  • ¼ teaspoon white granulated sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Green onions (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice wonton wrappers diagonally and arrange on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and optional sesame seeds.
  2. Bake for about 7 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, heavy cream, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and garlic powder until smooth.
  4. Fold in chopped imitation crab until well combined.
  5. Spread the creamy mixture over the baked wontons. Drizzle with sweet chili sauce and garlic chili oil.
  6. Return to the oven for an additional 3-5 minutes until heated through. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
