  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Cream softened butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Alternate adding dry ingredients and sour cream to the mixture until combined.
  6. Slowly mix in milk until the batter is smooth.
