  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup cashew butter (or almond/sunflower seed butter)
  • 23 tbsp milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil (or vegetable oil)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together almond flour, protein powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix cashew butter, milk, honey/maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Combine wet and dry mixtures until fully incorporated.
  4. Gently fold in mini chocolate chips.
  5. Adjust consistency with more milk if too dry.
  6. Roll into 1-inch balls and chill for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil and dip each ball.
  8. Sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top before setting in the fridge.
