  • 10 slices turkey bacon, diced
  • 3 cups shredded chicken
  • 1 oz package dried ranch dressing seasoning
  • 3 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 Tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 cups half and half
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 lb dry large elbow pasta

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in boiling water until just shy of al dente; drain and toss with olive oil.
  2. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and butter a baking dish.
  3. In a skillet over medium-low heat, cook the diced turkey bacon until crisp; set aside.
  4. Add shredded chicken and ranch seasoning to the skillet; stir until combined.
  5. Melt butter in the same skillet, add minced garlic, then whisk in flour to create a roux. Gradually pour in heavy cream and half-and-half, whisking until thickened.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese along with half of the mozzarella and cheddar until melted. Fold in cooked pasta, seasoned chicken, and half of the turkey bacon.
  7. Transfer to the baking dish, top with remaining cheeses and bacon bits. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly.
