Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts at the bottom of a crockpot. Season with minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Pour chicken broth over the chicken to cover completely.
  3. Cook on low for 4–5 hours until tender. Shred the chicken with two forks.
  4. Stir in softened cream cheese and Parmesan until melted and well combined.
  5. Add uncooked pasta and stir to coat in the sauce. Cook on high for 30–45 minutes until pasta is tender.
