  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin (blotted)

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar for coating

Instructions

  1. Brown the butter in a saucepan over medium heat until golden and nutty, then cool.
  2. Blot excess moisture from the pumpkin puree using paper towels.
