  • 1/3 cup apple cider
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon apple pie spice
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 T butter
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat and stir in apple cider; set aside.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and apple pie spice.
